About the service

Deep clean, dust-free

A carpet holds kilos of dust and allergens that vacuuming never reaches. Our off-site process dusts the pile mechanically, washes with rug-specific chemistry, rinses until the water runs clear and dries flat so the backing never warps.

Hand-knotted and silk rugs are tested for dye bleed and cleaned by hand.

The process

What happens to your garment

  1. Intake & inspection

    Each item is tagged with a unique code, checked for stains, loose buttons, weak seams and existing damage, and photographed. You receive an itemised receipt.

  2. Stain identification & pre-treatment

    Our spotters classify each mark and apply the correct pre-treatment by hand. Anything that cannot be safely removed is flagged before we proceed.

  3. Sorting & cleaning cycle

    Garments are grouped by fabric, weight and colour, then cleaned in small loads on a cycle chosen for that group.

  4. Hand finishing

    Jackets are steamed and shaped on forms; trousers creased by hand; silks and embellished pieces steamed, never pressed flat.

  5. Quality check

    A second pair of eyes checks the garment against its intake photo for cleaning result, finish, buttons and lining before it is released.

  6. Packaging & delivery

    Hung on shaped hangers in a breathable cover, or folded in tissue. Delivered in your chosen window with a thank-you card and invoice.
