Intake & inspection
Each item is tagged with a unique code, checked for stains, loose buttons, weak seams and existing damage, and photographed. You receive an itemised receipt.
Stain identification & pre-treatment
Our spotters classify each mark and apply the correct pre-treatment by hand. Anything that cannot be safely removed is flagged before we proceed.
Sorting & cleaning cycle
Garments are grouped by fabric, weight and colour, then cleaned in small loads on a cycle chosen for that group.
Hand finishing
Jackets are steamed and shaped on forms; trousers creased by hand; silks and embellished pieces steamed, never pressed flat.
Quality check
A second pair of eyes checks the garment against its intake photo for cleaning result, finish, buttons and lining before it is released.
Packaging & delivery
Hung on shaped hangers in a breathable cover, or folded in tissue. Delivered in your chosen window with a thank-you card and invoice.

What is the difference between dry cleaning and laundry?

Dry cleaning uses a liquid solvent instead of water, so fabrics that shrink, bleed or lose shape in water — wool, silk, structured suits, lined garments — are cleaned safely. Laundry uses water and detergent and suits cottons, linens and most everyday wear.

How long does dry cleaning take in Bangalore?

Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from pickup. Express 24 hours service is available for most garments; heavily embellished or stained pieces may need longer, which we confirm at intake.

Can you remove old or set-in stains?

Often, yes. Each stain is identified and pre-treated before cleaning. Some aged stains, dye transfer or damage caused by earlier home treatment may be permanent — we will tell you before we proceed rather than after.

Are the solvents safe for delicate fabrics and embellishments?

We select the solvent and cycle for each garment and test sensitive trims, beads and prints first. Highly embellished pieces are cleaned by hand rather than machine.
