How long does the cleaning take?

Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from pickup. Occasion wear, leather and home textiles are confirmed at inspection because drying and finishing cannot be safely rushed.

Do you offer same-day or express service?

Yes — express 24 hours service is available on most garments for a per-item surcharge shown on the pricing page.

Is wet cleaning safe for silk and delicate fabrics?

Yes. Our professional wet-cleaning line controls temperature, water level and agitation precisely, so many delicate fabrics are cleaned more gently than any solvent. Sensitive pieces are always tested first.

How are stains handled?

Each stain is identified and pre-treated by hand before cleaning, and mapped on your garment’s digital record. Anything that may not lift safely is flagged to you before we proceed.

Do you clean wedding and designer wear?

It is a specialty of the House. Lehengas, gowns and sherwanis are hand-cleaned, embellishments protected, and preserved in acid-free tissue with optional archival boxing.

How is delivery handled?

Your valet returns in the window you choose, with garments on shaped hangers in breathable covers or folded in tissue — plus an itemised invoice. Pickup and delivery is complimentary across Bangalore.
