Real questions from our clients, answered by our specialists.
Can I steam a polyester saree at home?
Carefully, yes — on the lowest setting, holding the steamer a few inches away and never letting the head touch the fabric. For pleats and finishing, our steam ironing service is safer.
How do I remove haldi stains safely?
Don’t rub or wet it — blot gently and keep the garment out of sunlight, then bring it to us quickly. Haldi oxidises fast, and fresh stains respond far better to specialist treatment.
What’s the best way to store a sherwani?
On a broad shaped hanger, in a breathable cover, away from moisture — never in polythene. Air it every few months and let embroidery rest without folds.
