About the service

A saree studio, not a dry cleaner

Silk is a protein fibre and zari is metal; both react badly to heat, moisture and harsh chemistry. Our saree studio cleans by hand, protects the zari, and finishes by steam so the fall and sheen come back the way they were woven.

Add-ons — polishing, fall stitching, pico, rolling and preservation boxing — are done in the same studio by the same hands.

The process

What happens to your garment

Intake & inspection
Each item is tagged with a unique code, checked for stains, loose buttons, weak seams and existing damage, and photographed. You receive an itemised receipt.
Stain identification & pre-treatment
Our spotters classify each mark and apply the correct pre-treatment by hand. Anything that cannot be safely removed is flagged before we proceed.
Sorting & cleaning cycle
Garments are grouped by fabric, weight and colour, then cleaned in small loads on a cycle chosen for that group.
Hand finishing
Jackets are steamed and shaped on forms; trousers creased by hand; silks and embellished pieces steamed, never pressed flat.
Quality check
A second pair of eyes checks the garment against its intake photo for cleaning result, finish, buttons and lining before it is released.
Packaging & delivery
Hung on shaped hangers in a breathable cover, or folded in tissue. Delivered in your chosen window with a thank-you card and invoice.
